What to tell me
You do not need a polished plan before you call. The useful things to mention are:
- Whether you are buying, selling, or both at once
- Your rough timing, even if it is “sometime next year”
- If you are relocating, your report date and which base
- Which side of the island you are picturing, if you have a picture yet
If you are only gathering information and are months out, say so. That is a normal call and an early one is usually a better one.
Where I work
I am based on the windward side and I sell across O‘ahu: Kailua and Lanikai, Kane‘ohe, Honolulu and town, Hawai‘i Kai, Kahala, Hau‘ula and the North Shore side, plus the west side and central O‘ahu.
