Tiffani Stanger

Tiffani Stanger has been selling real estate on O‘ahu since 2019 and earned her broker
license in 2022. She works out of the Windward side and covers the whole island, from Kailua and
Kane‘ohe to Honolulu, Hawai‘i Kai, Kahala, Hau‘ula and the West side.

Before real estate, she was a designer. She started college studying interior design, chasing the idea
that good design could make housing more livable and more sustainable. She finished her degree in early
childhood education and taught part time while her children were small. In between she worked in graphic
design, made signs, and spent years renovating and decorating houses, mostly other people’s. That
eye is still the first thing her sellers notice. She will walk your house and tell you which small fix
pays you back at closing and which expensive remodel will not.

She has bought and sold homes in four states. Hawai‘i is the one she chose. When the chance came
to move here, her family took it, and they stayed. Her husband coaches college basketball. They have three
kids and a Yorkie named Maksim.

Most of her clients arrive in one of three situations. Military families with orders in hand and a
short window to find a home. First-time buyers who have been told, usually by someone who has never
tried, that they cannot afford Hawai‘i. And sellers who want an actual plan instead of a sign in the
yard. She holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation and the Short Sales and
Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation.
